1. General Terms

  1.2 By participating in any Promotion, customers ("Participants," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. 

  1.3 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website

2. Eligibility

  2.1 Promotions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older unless otherwise stated.

  2.2 Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Glamory are ineligible to participate in certain Promotions unless explicitly permitted. 

  2.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information when entering any Promotion. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

3. Promotional Offers and Discounts

  3.1 All promotional offers and discounts are subject to availability and are valid for a limited time as specified. 

  3.2 Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discount codes unless explicitly stated. 

  3.3 Glamory reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotional offer without prior notice.

4. Competitions and Giveaways

  4.1 Entry into any competition or giveaway is free unless otherwise stated and requires compliance with specific entry requirements outlined in the Promotion details. 

  4.2 Winners will be selected based on the criteria specified in the Promotion details and notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. 

  4.3 If a winner does not respond within the stated time frame, an alternate winner may be selected at our discretion. 

  4.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. 

  4.5 Glamory is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical or other issues beyond our control.

5. Social Media Promotions

  5.1 Promotions conducted via social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms. 

  5.2 By participating in a social media Promotion, Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Glamory and not to the social media platform. 

  5.3 Any offensive, inappropriate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified at Glamory’s sole discretion.

6. Use of Personal Information

  6.1 By participating in Promotions, Participants consent to Glamory collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 

  6.2 Winners consent to their names, social media handles, and/or images being used for promotional purposes by Glamory without further compensation, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  7.1 Glamory is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a Promotion. 

  7.2 We reserve the right to disqualify any Participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent or dishonest conduct. 

  7.3 Glamory reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, fraud, or external factors beyond our control.

  7.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

  7.5 Any disputes arising from Promotions shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction in Australia.

  7.6 If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
